Robinhood CEO: Received a large number of requests from companies to issue tokenized stocks
Odaily News In a recent interview, Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev said that he has received a large number of requests from private companies to issue blockchain-based tokenized stocks through its platform so that retail investors can invest in their stocks. Currently, Robinhood only opens tokenized stock trading in the European Union, offering more than 200 tokenized US stocks that can be traded five days a week. Vlad Tenev added that Robinhoods long-term goal is to include thousands of private companies on its platform. (Cointelegraph)
