BlockBeats News, August 8th, International Business Settlement (00147.HK) announced that on August 8, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengtai, and Mr. Chen Sanming entered into a joint venture agreement to establish a joint venture. After registration, the joint venture will be owned by Chengtai and Mr. Chen Sanming with 70% and 30% equity, respectively. The joint venture will mainly engage in cryptocurrency-related business.
